senior full-stack/platform engineer

We build solutions for clients from business brief to production. Our core work spans Web Applications, Marketing Technology, and AI/LLM Integration. We're looking for someone who can take what the team builds, get it running reliably in production, and keep it running efficiently long-term.

1. - Design and maintain the team's Deployment Pipeline and CI/CD

2. - Own Infrastructure and Runtime Environments — stable and cost-effective

3. - Handle Production Incidents — debug, fix, and prevent recurrence

4. - Set up Monitoring and Alerting so the team knows about problems first

5. - Establish Baseline Architecture / Templates for the team to reuse

6. - Define standards for CI/CD, Environment Management, and Secret Management

   • - Take POCs from Solution Engineers and make them Production-ready — error handling, logging, retry, resilience

7. - Run basic Load / Stress Testing before launch

8. - Set a Production Security Baseline — dependency scanning, secret scanning, basic security checks in CI/CD

• - 4–5 years of production or platform responsibility

• - Has deployed and maintained real production systems (required)

• - Can deploy and manage services on Kubernetes (at least Helm / Ingress / Autoscaling / Basic troubleshooting)

• - Knows what not to do in production
